The methodology: CLEAR assessment
The Diagnostic is structured around the five pillars of the CLEAR Framework — Connect, Lean, Enable, Accelerate, Report. Each pillar maps to a specific section of the assessment: we look at how well you currently connect AI opportunities to real business outcomes, whether the processes you are about to automate are actually worth automating, where the governance gaps are, how fast your team can realistically deploy, and whether you have the measurement infrastructure to prove ROI to your board.
