1. Who we are

BHL Digital Ltd ("we", "us") operates niniola.io. The data controller for personal data collected through this site is BHL Digital Ltd. You can contact us at niniola@bhldigital.co.uk.

2. What we collect

Registration data: first name, business email, company, company size, role.
Optional phone number — only if you choose to share it with us through our chat widget. Stored in international format.
SMS consent record — when you opt in to SMS via our chat widget, we record the timestamp, IP address, browser user-agent, the URL you consented on, and the consent text version. This is required to satisfy TCPA and PECR.
Engagement data: emails opened, links clicked, replies sent, calls scheduled — captured by Go High Level, our customer-relationship tool.

3. Why we collect it (lawful basis)

To deliver what you signed up for (the C.L.E.A.R. AI masterclass) — necessary for performance of the implicit contract you enter when registering.
To follow up about related services — based on legitimate interest (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) for email, and on your explicit opt-in consent for SMS.

4. Who we share it with

Go High Level (gohighlevel.com) — stores the lead record, sends and receives email and SMS.
Vercel — hosting infrastructure for the website and automation pipeline.
Meta — if you arrived via a Meta ad, hashed identifiers are sent to Meta's Conversions API to attribute the registration. You can opt out of Meta tracking via your Meta Ad Preferences.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

SMS data: SMS consent and SMS opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except service providers that we use solely to deliver messages on our behalf (specifically Go High Level and its underlying carrier integrations). This applies to phone numbers, consent records, and any associated metadata captured at the point of opt-in.

5. International transfers

Our processors are largely US-based. Where applicable we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms.

6. How long we keep it

We retain registration and engagement data for as long as you remain a prospect or customer, plus 24 months for legal and analytics purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to ensure we honour your unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Email niniola@bhldigital.co.uk with the request. You can also unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message we send, or by replying STOP to any SMS. Under UK GDPR you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Cookies and tracking

We use Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel for ads and analytics. You can block these via your browser's tracking-protection settings.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this notice when our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
